Our Saturday socials are being held on the first and third Saturdays of every month. They will start at
7pm and go until 9pm.
We recently hosted our first Latin Night since March of 2020 with over 40 people socially distancing and dancing. It was an overwhelming success. The next Latin Night will be on Friday, March 26 at 9pm.
Every dance is being held while following the guidelines set by the CDC. Masks are required.
When students attend dance socials, it helps reinforce all the things taught and practiced in group classes and private lessons. Since the goal for most of our students is to be comfortable, confident social dancers, this is the best way to practice and master all you've learned.
Dance socials are held every Saturday evening from 7-9pm. The type of dances are wide-ranging from the more formal Foxtrot, Waltz, and Tango to the up-tempo Swing, Cha Cha, Samba and Hustle.
The socials are open to the public and attract new and experienced dancers from the quad-state area. The cost is $15 for the entire evening and includes appetizers and a cash bar. For couples, it is a great 'date night' and singles enjoy the opportunity to meet and dance with people of similar interests.
We host Latin Nights on a monthly basis. This is an opportunity for students learning Salsa and Bachata to dance and socialize with other dancers from across the area. There is a lesson at 9pm with dancing going on until past midnight. The cost for the evening is only $10
Dance socials provide the opportunity to meet and associate with people who are active, have healthy attitudes, and are looking for ways to improve physical and mental well-being. Many long-term friendships and business relationships are created at these socials.
There is something about getting up and moving to music that improves our overall health, cements partnerships and brings people closer together.
