Taylor Your Body ' by Brian Taylor is a new, exciting, and fun approact to weight loss, body toning, strengy and overall health and fitness through FUNCTIONAL TRAINING.
Using your body the way it was designed and intended to be used.
We accomplish this by incorporating body weight exercises, dance moves, medicine balls, Yoga balls, resistance bands, kettel bells, TRX, and dumbells.
Most importantly, we use kicking music, humor, energy, fun and compassion. We're not working out; we're playing and getting results.
