We accomplish this by incorporating body weight exercises, dance moves, medicine balls, Yoga balls, resistance bands, kettel bells, TRX, and dumbells.
Most importantly, we use kicking music, humor, energy, fun and compassion. We're not working out; we're playing and getting results.
